    Your exhibit numbers are odd and I think you've copied someone else's initials and exhibit number:
    (the transcript of which  is exhibit JS-04).

    You are meant to append each exhibit as a proper PDF, not a link, and give each item (e.g. the transcript of Excel v Wilkinson) your initials and the next consecutive number.

    @IKG good luck.

    @Coupon-mad / others - I've now seen that one of the links I posted to a 'redacted' WS contained some personal information when the text was selected. Could you please point people to the generic example (below) instead?

    That looks good to me.

    And thanks @jrhys, I'd suggest adding that generic version to your own thread so people only read that version in future - i.e. replace your other WS on your thread with that one as we don't need to read it again, but newbies want to.

    Hi everyone thank you each one of you for your advice in writing the WS. Will the other party send me their copy of defence too?

    I have sent it to the court and the other party

    thanks

    The other side doesn't put in a defence as they are not the defendant.  The NEWBIES thread tells you what happens when, under the red heading.
