Hi,

I am new to this forum and would some advice. I recieved a parking ticked from Hounslow Enforcement limited in may 2017 and i ignored the letter as it didn't seem legit.

Now 2 and a half years later on 2/10/19 i recieved a letter before claim from Gladstones solicitors asking for £160 and only have 30 days to pay

Someone in the similar situation......can advice or guide on next steps please?

I no longer own the car now.

Thanks

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

Oh ... and using a phone to browse the site can cause problems.. so please try a laptop/PC

    Irrelevant. Forget it.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

We are sure of what we advise, we know what we are doing and you won't be paying. Please don't ask about next steps as that phrase really grates here:

WARNING: that link was about ignoring a DRP letter, yours is about a LBC which is different, and FULLY covered by the NEWBIES thread post #2, which we won't give a link to as we need newbies to learn how to use the forum - and my signature already tells everyone!

I wouldn’t provide you with any advice that put you in jeopardy. Check Post and Thanks count against any poster posting on your thread to see how likely they are to be giving decent advice. The higher the numbers, the more confident you can be in the advice provided.

But no one will continue having their advice questioned, then being asked to confirm it’s correct, the forum is far too busy for that.

If a regular makes any errors in advice, other regulars will correct, as a safety net. As long as you’re dealing with high-post-count posters, you can be pretty sure that advice is correct.

there doen't seem to be an email for the company that issued me the ticket.
So when you Google the name or acronym used by the PPC go by and the word 'PRIVACY' (as the NEWBIES tread tells everyone to do - NOT trawl their website looking for it) you are saying you do not find a privacy page at all?

Or you found the privacy page but no email contact as an option for a SAR?
