    So do i add that on another letter.....i am seeking debt advice?
    Also what else do i need to do.....they have given me 3rd of dec to pay the £160. What else do i need to do to fight it

    For what do you need the extra time? Kicking the can down the road won't resolve anything.

    Yes, you follow the link that beamerguy posted and read all about the Abuse of Process (adding spurious costs to a parking invoice) and how you fight it by adding points to your defence or witness statement.
