On reflection, I say both.so after reading the keithp's post and coupan mad's post do i report to SRA or use that as unreasonable behaviour ?
As I said earlier, I think a strong complaint to Gladstones is also called for.
A complaint to G's and the SRA may well see the claim discontinued.1 -
It is very serious.
Last time I saw this happen it was a P/Eye case and they dropped it like a hot potato when I said I was reporting Rosanna Breaks to the SRA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Email to g's
Dear
I am very surpised to recieve a claim form dated 11/11/19 when you very clearly metioned in the previous email that you will be proviiding an extention till the 3rd of december.
i fell that this is a very unprofessional way of dealing with the case when you seem to be unsure about the process.
can i add anything else ?0 -

Yes of course... that you are complaining to the SRA about their unreasonable conduct and if the claim goes ahead you will be seeking cost due to that unreasonableness.1 -

Instead of complaining to the SRA now, a different tactic might be to progress the claim normally but claim costs for the Claimant's unreasonable behaviour.
That unreasonable behaviour being a written statement on 1st November stating that they would delay processing until 3rd December and then issuing a County Court Claim on 11th November.Coupon-mad wrote: »Coupon-mad wrote: »That is really weak, sorry.
