I would add it in for the hearing and if you've already done a WS, send it with a supplementary WS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I received an email too. I didn’t say because mine said confidential pending the outcome - plus I wanted to share really good news if the SRA does take action (which it may not). I do have an alert on all the Gladstones’ companies and most have moved from the address High Legh Golf Club which I said was not secure enough to store hard copies of personal data.

Hi all, not sure whether I should be happy or not but my hearing which was due on Monday has been postponed again due to no judge being available on that day.
Atleast it gives me more time to prepare myself, on the other hand I want it to end soon.
