She sent the ammended defence to CCBC before the 4pm deadline and then on the same day she sent the claimant (CEL) the copy but only thing she messed up on was sending it to CCBC instead of allocated court.1

No...the ORDER telling you that an amended defence could be put in.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Because it has disappeared from the post in January.DoaM said:So the ORDER you (she) received in Jan/Feb this year.0 -
its the court order, the order from the court, not the "order" in which things happened , taking to do what the order says means that party who failed has breached a court order , breaching a court order can hand it over on a plate , meaning the claimant could win due to the breach of the court order by the defendantthe court has ordered her to do something, we want to see it because you are not making yourself clear and you are distorting or omitting key facts , meaning we have little faith in anything you write but total faith in the court paperwork.
You are not helping her by being obtuse , evasive and not checking facts , nobody is interested in what you believe , only what you know , if you don't know then show us the redacted paperwork like you did before1 -
I even said when you uploaded the order, jan 13th , so you'd know which one to show us.It isn't "just" sending it to the ccbc and not the actual real court. It's BREACH OF THE COURTS ORDER because you didn't send it to the right place.2

In matters such as this, 100% accuracy is a sine qua non. A small mistake could wreck your credit. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1
