The order is headed 'In The County Court at Reading'. So quite obviously, that is where all documents referred to should be sent.  A simple Google search would have given the address, if not already on the form, and also would have told you that High Wycombe County Court is currently closed, and all cases for there are being dealt with at Reading.

Once Directions Questionnaires are filed and the case is transferred from the CCBC to a local court, the CCBC has no further involvement, and there are no further updates to the claim history on MCOL. Therefore, there is no point in sending anything to the CCBC after transfer.

This is basic kindergarten stuff, I really don't know why so many posts are needed with the partially sighted leading the blind.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

No ringing the CCBC.  If that was the advice I'd have said so, but I said - NO PHONE CALLS.

    No offering money to CEL.

The email has gone to the Reading Court now, yes?  So it's done.  Late, but done.

Now, what's her deadline for the WS & evidence?

Whilst they can be compiled in the next few weeks , or next month onwards , it's wait and see if the trial fee is paid by the claimant , or not , before making the bundles , so another 2 or 3 weeks

Ensure that both the claimant plus Reading court are dealt with from now on, ensuring that both of them receive her paperwork and exhibits !!

From now on we will fine you £100 every time you mention the CCBC in this case !! Lol

I would suggest, given the issues so far, the OP GETS IT DONE, NOW.
