As you can see its doesn't say where to send it and on the other side its just says the name and address of the defendant.
Sorry its coming nearly 5 months i kept a distance from this I'm getting a bit confused as to what to do
I have sent the email to the allocated court and also have tagged in CCBC.0 -
Not visible on your image, but aren't there three or four lines at the bottom of the General Form of Judgment or Order with the court's address?

the top of it says in the county court of Readingpart of the redacted address says the Law Courts , Easton St , High Wycombeso not the CCBCIT ALSO SAYS THE DEFENDANT MAY IF SO SUBMIT AN AMENDED DEFENCEI would assume that means the original defence stands if the amended defence is not submitted to either Reading Court, or possibly to the court in High Wycombeso not the CCBC

https://postimg.cc/RW425pjMif you google my local court (Manchester) it has all the details for submitting documents, including the address , the email etcyou have to be like Poirot with these matters (so not like Clouseau) , which is what google and this forum can help with, but only if you do the work and putr some effort into it. once your local court is dealing with it, which they are, your mum has to deal with that court, be it by email or by posting or by actually physically going and dropping documents in , IN PERSONthe CCBC only get involved right at the start, until the court is allocated, after that allocation has been made , you , your mum , the claimant etc deal with that court1 -
She didn't know that otherwise she would have personally went and delivered it to that court or sent it a week before, she has never done this before so was thinking she can send it to CCBC and they will send it to the allocated court.
Please can u advise her on what to do next she has sent the email should she ring and ask court for advice or has she messed everything up and should try to reason with CEL by sending a offer and hope they will accept it.
Does it not matter if she has sent the ammended defence to the claimant and showed proof that she did, she's got a feeling CEL knows she messed up and will fight this case all the way as they did send her a offer of £50 to drop the case just before the ammended defence and she replied back with a drop hands offer and said if it does go to court she will look to recollect all her expenses but haven't heard anything back till this day.0 -
you posted 3 links to images at lunchtime todaythe top link is error404 , file not found, so cannot view itthe second link says the case is allocated to the small claims track but cannot see the date on the order nor the date of any hearing (or if a hearing/trial date is listed, it may not be at the moment)the bottom link is the rear of number 2 document , again no date or directionsI would say you are where you should have expected to be and that is at the WITNESS STATEMENT + EXHIBITS + SUMMARY COSTS ASSESSMENT STAGE, all documents to be submitted to (Reading ?) court (or is it High Wycombe ?) no later than 14 days before the hearing date , so start getting them all done, if not done already, in preparation for a hearingunder no circumstances send anything to the CCBC, they are no longer involved0

The link to the court date letter.
She will do now going forward but what she don't get is should she do a witness statement etc on her original defence or the ammended one as there was quite a lot that she took out from the original even tho she have already sent the claimant the ammended one but the court will very likely use the original one.
She was thinking maybe ring CCBC and ask them if they did send it to allocated court as there might be a small chance they might have so then she know what defence she can go on.
I think its reading as all the deatils coming up are reading including email.
