May i add here BA have refused to refund me compensation for a flight they cancelled by mistake over the recent BA Strike period early Sept . Mine was cancelled in error, i rebooked a flight with a different carrier which cost about 40pounds more, they've just said sorry no go talk to your insurance company. How bad is that.0
