You don't see that on the mobile app but should see it on the website.

Try clearing your cookies then start again. Maybe try a different browser? Mine worked fine with Chrome.

If that still doesn't work, you could try phoning them to change your existing Club account to a Classic account & once that appears online, apply for a new Club account. No guarantees though.

    Please report back.

Thanks for the suggestions but I've tried everything, and still get that message.
I've decided to stick with Club account. I'll just have to cycle £1500 through the account to avoid the charges. Starting to get complicated with Nationwide, TSB & M&S already in the cycle of monthly money movement!

I marry these deposit requirements to my regular savers, for example: £1750 goes into my HSBC account on the FOTM and seven £250 payments to regular savers goes out; £750 goes into Nationwide on the FOTM and £500 goes to TSB and £250 to the Nationwide regular saver; the £500 at TSB covers two £250 regular savers, etc etc.

A fair bit of monitoring and checking around the first couple of working days in the month, but during the month it's just making sure the HSBC, First Direct, Santander, M&S regular savers (which are geared to dates mid-month) are catered for.

same here , wasn't planning on using this account much if at all bar putting the money in and out every month to waive the fee , but been quite impressed by how easy it was to setup and use and I quite like the app so I'm actually tempted to move my main banking over to them.

For some reason I had not thought of depositing into regular savers from different banks! I've moved money into the standard bank account before moving into the regular saver of the same bank!
atm I have a complicated flow chart, including OH accounts and joint accounts.
I'm going to do a complete reorganization of our money recycling at the weekend and see if I can simplify it.

Same here, switch date this Friday. That's the Christmas food and drinks paid for...
  • If you downgrade an existing Club Lloyds account, what is the impact on an existing Club Lloyds Regular Saver?
    Retired 1st July 2021.
    This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."
  • Just gone through the application to switch my account to Lloyds from Halifax, and been accepted. So just hoping the switch and the £125 payment goes through smoothly in the next 7 days.

Been with Halifax for years, but wife has been with Lloyds all her banking life with no problems, and I was tempted by the switching bonus.

I have gone for the Club Lloyds account, and will probably go for the cinema tickets, but just got to see where my nearest vue or cineworlds are, as we generally use Odeon.

Temporarily? See post #108. Permanently? Maybe none, but I wouldn't want to risk it.
