Afternoon guys
Had a lay in today - 8am whoopie! - but was awake between 4.30-6 so not sure it really was
Madam has gone to a party at a beauty !!!!!!! She has taken a slime making set I picked up reduced £20 to £6 :money: Oh has gone to pick her and her bff up leaving me some time to do some sewing
I'm currently making a kimono for my bff for her xmas gift. I picked up a lovely scarf in a cs with this in mind. Once it's made just need to pick colour for trim. I'm torn between black, white or champagne so will take in to town so I can judge. Might get it online though if more economical/the one I have bookmarked is nicer
might cut out fabric for a dress. Also need to do a repair - must give the item to it's owner tomorrow!
All meals from stores - not sure what it'll be today. Something easy
probably play board games when madam comes back
Need to get school stuff ready for tomorrow
make a loaf of bread. Will do that in a minute
would like to go for a walk to blow the cobwebs out
investigate how to sterilise kilner jars
Maybe wash the d/s floors before pup comes back this week
That's me! Hope you all have a lovely SundayDF as at 30/12/16

Purge a few emails
Enter comps

All meals from cupboards/fridge/freezer
Checked: Lucky Bob, PMP, WinaDinner

Evening all

Wild and windy here, with heavy rain overnight. Hope it perks up a bit next week!
Today's things:
Went to a flea market / ordinary market this morning. Bought a few things to sell on, plus bargainous bacon and olive oil. Also treated myself to a bunch of chrysanths
Noted spends in spending diary :A
Walked dog, a bit of free exercise
Cleaned bathroom using stardrops :A
Picked runner beans and a big parsnip from the garden for dinner
Made a roast dinner from foods we already have, and an apple crumble from the sad looking apples in the fruit bowl
Now got a mountain of washing up to sort out :cool:0 -
Just signing off here
I did run - not 10 k as just could not be bothered and strava on my phone only partly worked, so I have no idea how far I ran, but probably about 5 m which is fine as the 10 k is next weekend, and I know it will take between 1.10 and 1.30 h anyways.
Super cleaned house yesterday and started tackling the dreaded room with boxes today. It's all kids stuff and old art stuff and a box of school work, might just chuck that one in attic.
I have a fair bit of victorian lace as well, which I might try to sell as I don't know what to do with it.
Have had a look at budget - really need a lot of cover work this weekend.
Did not write school application, as I just can't see being in a school full time, just too hard. I know some of you are doing it but I think I just do not have enough energy.
This afternoon I baked
- muffins for lunches and freezer
- choc cake for macmillan tomorrow at work
- a chicken for dinner
- made soup from chicken and am cooking risotto rice so dinner is all sorted for tomorrow
