It appears you haven't looked at the Newbies thread. You need to get studying it quickly or this won't end well.
You've still got time to rescue this but you do need to put some work in.0 -
Hi sorry no disrespect intended I know you all are helping me. I have so much on my plate right now, not trying to heave things last minute. Just got out of hospital and recovering from facial surgery after an accident. Just had reminder in my phone to post this. It's a simple form (n180) , just want to Knute if the court will accept it a day or two late?0

It needn't be late. Why don't you complete and send it today? It's only a simple form.
When complete return it to the CCBC in the same manner and to the same email address that you sent your Defence.
Refresh your memory on that by re-reading post #5 above.0 -
You can email it right now, once you have filled it in and signed it.
How to answer all of the N180 DQ questions is covered in detail by bargepole, in his COURT PROCEDURES thread, linked in the NEWBIES thread post #2 under the red heading called 'important - know what happens when'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi. Keith. So I should fill it out and fax it over? I don't have a working laptop, although I do have a scanner, I think it works with my smartphone. Would faxing it over be ok? I could do that at aN Internet cafe.0

No-one faxes a DQ.
Just email it, the form is electronic and doesn't need scanning. You can even put in an electronic signature.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
