Brilliant news. Yet another case where Gladstones / UKCPM are not sending a rep. Seems money is an issue and they are not up to fighting cases properly.

They also clearly lied about signage placement. Not sure if signs had been removed, or whether their plan was were signage was supposed to be placed once they took over. On a side note , I made them aware of there lack of signage well before I took pictures so they had at least 2 months to get It sorted, which they couldn’t even be bothered to do. I only took the pictures the day before my witness statement was due.1
