Each exhibit should be numbered with your initials and a number , such as ABC/01 , ABC/02 etc , not Exhibit01 blah blah

Your pack is a bundle , so each exhibit is numbered and added to your bundle as an attachment , including pictures , documents , transcripts , other witness statements , anything at all

The whole bundle is sent to the court and to the claimant , usually by email at the moment , so is filed online

so what has this to do with the takeaway:-

"20. I have seen no evidence that the landowner authorises this Claimant to put up unlit signs then penalise permitted guests of the Hotel........................"

Would it be ok to send my number in a separate email to the same email address? Seeing as they’ve don’t have it.

Yes, which is what you need to do, because the email with the WS & attached exhibits has to be copied to the Claimant (but you don't want the Claimants having your phone number!).

Your numbering is all over the place.  Renumber all paragraphs, simple, 1, 2, 3, etc.

Don't forget your COSTS ASSESSMENT (the NEWBIES thread tells you all this...).

Right, so we got in touch with the court today & there was a representative for parking eye on the phone but the judge didn’t have our evidence or phone number because when we emailed it we didn’t put the hearing date in the subject so it wasn’t picked up as urgent. Luckily they adjourned it due to circumstances & the case wasn’t heard in our absence. Awaiting a new date now. 

Just be aware of falling into this trap!

Hi. Would I have to include  costs ? Honestly financially (apart from petrol to go take pictures) it hadn’t really cost Me anything. And I have no idea how to work it out either.

Hi. Does anyone know How to make the exhibits (case refernces) into documents on an iPhone? I don’t own a laptop unfortunately. Or would it be ok just to post the links?
