Normally there are 2 court orders in play for telephone hearingsBallistic87 said:Just started reading the telephones hearing thread, noticed it said to resend my WS just before the trial, will this not confuse the judge and make it seem as though I submitted last minute?
The 1st court order telling both sides to file their bundles to the court say 2 weeks before , as usual
The subsequent court order mentions emailing the bundles to an address for the judge themselves , especially if they are at home due to covid19 rules etc , usually a few days before the hearing
Never assume things are normal in a pandemic !! Or that things don't change to adapt to covid2 -
Yes they did ask me to send in my bundle, this was however months ago. Not sure if the first date for the hearing was delayed but this is now The first hearing coming up.Redx said:

Unfortunately judge said I was not able to claim costs as it’s a small claim. Oh well.2 -
Well done! Do give us a full 'court report' in your own words of what happened, who attended and what was said/which point(s) won it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi CM, thanks for your, and everyone else’s help, wouldn’t have dont it without you lit!!
hopefully this decision is final and won’t be appealed or anything.
So in the end UKCPM did not attend the hearing, instead sending in a birds eye view plan / layout of the car park with blue dots which supposedly showed the locations of all the signs, apparently they had over 10 signs!!!. This was instantly rebuked by my clear pictures of the car park which showed one measly, deceptively places sign in barely visible writing, the judge dismissed the case on the grounds of in-adequate signage.3
