    no , no links

this is the trouble with people who insist on using phones for this task , instead of a proper device that is up to the task , you would not catch me cutting my grass lawn with a pair of nail scissors, just because I dont own a mower or cannot borrow one

No, you can't give a Judge links.

You will have to borrow a laptop to defend this case; you CANNOT use a phone for this sort of thing.  This time last year you'd have had to print everything and post it so count yourself lucky that due to the pandemic, it can be done electronically.

  • Beg borrow or steal a laptop. You have no choice in the matter, you cannot hope to do this on a phone.
  • How was your hearing?
  • I haven’t had it yet.

Read the TELEPHONE HEARINGS thread and the NEWBIES thread 'hearing tips' and all the results when you search the forum for:

  • Just started reading the telephones hearing thread, noticed it said to resend my WS just before the trial, will this not confuse the judge and make it seem as though I submitted last minute?

The Order about a phone hearing ALWAYS ask for 'all documents' to be re-sent (including the defence which never normally has to be).  This is in case the Judge is working from home and doesn't have it.  Much will depend on your court Directions about the phone hearing. Sometimes the court wants the represented party (CLAMINT) to submit a single agreed bundle from both parties.

Just comply with what your Order says.

Don't ask for the claim to be struck out (that's old news).
