Which Judge signed it? Who stamped it? It's not even a court, it's a bulk clearing centre. There's no judge n the land prepared to sign this bog roll.
    Throw it in the bin.
Not sure if you meant to post here or on some other thread.

Hugely dangerous advice bordering on deliberate misleading.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

What do the forms want (briefly). If you submitted a SAR to the DPO of the PPD and supplied a copy of your V5C along with it, there should be nor reason for them to send you any forms or delay the dispensing of data to you, unless you asked for something to which you are not entitled. If you submitted the SAR properly, then a complaint to the ICO is in order.
  • Hi. I just emailed them with the reg. I didn’t submit a copy of the v5c as it was a hire vehicle.

Are you sure this is a reply to your SAR? You don't get 'forms' in reply to a SAR.
