As I said, search the forum for the words ID driving licence to see what NOT to send them.

  • Hi. Quick update. I revived the following email a couple of days ago.

    Dear Mr **** *******

We act for the Claimant and have notified the Court of the Claimant’s intention to proceed with the Claim.

Please find enclosed a copy of the Claimant’s completed Directions Questionnaire, which has also been filed with the Court.

You will note the Claimant has elected to mediate in an attempt to settle this matter amicably, without the need for further Court intervention. Should you agree to mediation, please inform the Court who will contact both parties to arrange a mediation appointment.

    Yours sincerely

It needs dealing with as per the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If it's from the CCBC in Northampton then it's your DQ

Fill it in , scan it and email it as a pdf to the email address you sent your defence to , the CCBC email address , also email the same thing to the claimant

The DQ stage is covered in the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , the one we keep telling you to read

KeithP also told you this on page 1 , post #5 , point 8 , weeks ago

There should be no confusion, This is what the NEWBIES thread already covers.

    What is a DQ?

It's all in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2. You seem not to recognise some of the urgency here. Advice is given, but then you don't come back for days, seemingly not having acted on the advice.

Doesn't auger well for a successful outcome.

Why don't you complete and send it today? It's only a simple form.

When complete return it to the CCBC in the same manner and to the same email address that you sent your Defence.
Refresh your memory on that by re-reading post #5 above.

Send a copy to the Claimant - address on your Claim Form.
First Class Post tomorrow with a free Certificate of Posting from the PO counter will be fine for that.

    What is a DQ?
    What are you on?
That was mentioned, and spelt out in full, in that very same post - post #5 above.

And in post #53 above you showed us all what DQ stands for.

Fisherjim, where is that headbanging emoji? :D
