I hope I am wrong and you were just having an understandable 'wobble' but it worries me is that you hadn't read enough BW Legal claim threads to be expecting this, and actually thought it was scary. You need to read more threads or you could be a lamb to the slaughter at the hearing, if not well prepped on what to expect from the other side, and what to take, submit and say in your case.

In the case at Southampton I hadn't even seen BW's WS (didn't need to!).

If you are not sure which Southampton case I mean you need to read CEC16's thread about a decision which currently has at least NINE cases struck out as a result (maybe more). I know of 2 applications, nine Southampton cases, all summarily struck out at the mo. And this is something you need to read about, wherever your court is based, because you can argue the same thing as part of your case.
