    UPDATE


    Witness statements sent.


    I went back to the carpark and they had put new signs up including at the entrance, so I included a bit in the witness statement showing pics/vids of the differenece between before and after signage got put up, hopefully it helps.


    need to check what comes next now

    Question is, why have they changed the signs, maybe they have been told to ???

    I hope it does make them doubt the claim, I tried to play on this in the witness statement

    they have sent an email pdf which i am struggling to edit/copy...

    I have tried to to post as screen shots here but it was blocked, maybe too much info


    any ideas how to share please, with out all my personal info going on display?
    thanks I really appreciate the help, bit gutted to have this on my plate over the holidays but suppose others have it worse
