You need to file & serve a WS and evidence by the date the letter telling you about the hearing date, tells you to.
The NEWBIES thread does tell you all of this. Sounds like you need to re-read it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

After checking both of the 'what to do when' posts on newbie #2 it looks like witness statement is supposed to be filed after you send DQ and get a date back for hearing...
So plodding along with DQ. All filled in according to advice on the threads.
I have just had a chat with the Manager at Dunelm, (Landowner) who said she sent a request via email to TPS for them to cancel the claim, but she heard nothing back. She said I could go in tomorrow to take a photo of the email on the PC, she just couldnt send it straight to me due to data protection (possibly fear). Would this be useful?
If so, should I put 2 witnesses on DQ or does that just refer to the people who will be in court on the day (just me so 1)?
Should I just include the pic of email in witness statement if it will be helpful to show the landowner requested it to be cancelled?
Going to try and upload vids of carpark for witness statement now, will post link when available for inspection.
Thanks0
