Recieved letter from BWlegal to say they want to proceed and I may as well pay them
Then got DQ
After this got DQ from bWlegal they say they have no witnesses or evidence
I am gathering evidence, I've until Nov 4th to submit.
Is there a way of sharing my vids/pics with the forum to get advice or shall I just go with my gut?
Thanks again!!! :j0 -

Don't overlook the need for a Witness Statement.0 -
Thanks will give it a whirl...
Could witness statement be from the aft in the shop who said she would email them to cancel? I dont know if she would be happy to do it though.
Also, my partner or another parent who uses the car park, stating the signs aren't any good maybe?0 -
