On the plus side being cold burns more energy, so perhaps it won't be quite so bad (she said ever-so-slightly optimistically :rotfl:) rofl must burn calories too!!One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Evening everyone
Didn’t make it to the gym this evening because of the horrendous weather- so OH picked me up from the station and I went food shopping instead. There’s something oddly comforting about a brightly lit supermarket in the dark! Planning on a sofa day tomorrow due to the rain- going to binge watch old episodes of Call The Midwife I’ve downloaded from Netflix on my iPad.
I’ve been quite good today I have to say
B: HEXB 2 x HiFi, easy peeler, water
L: Meatballs (2.5 syns) (this was all I had time to grab as I was running late for work due to having had a protracted argument with the bankI ate properly when I got to work)
Proper lunchHam salad, cuppa tea with HEXA
Tea: Chicken chunks (1 syn) garlic chips, salad with LTL mayo (1) Chocolate orange protein yoghurt (2) Jelly pouch (1) Curly Wurly (6) water
Supper: 4 x Crackerbreads (4) with HEXA laughing cow and smoked salmon
Syns: 17.5

Off to buy some more veg as wasn't able to get to Morries on Thursday because the road was closed because of an accident so had to go home a different way. Also need to pop into the building society as my internet banking has been blocked (after they did an update!).
Today's plan:
B - lamb chop (run out of sausages!); egg, beans & mushrooms
L - HM veg soup
D - Fakeaway KFC; corn on the cob; chips; HM coleslaw
HEA - milk
HEB - bread (for crumbs)
Syns - lamb chop 4 (synning it as 100g although think it was smaller); nothing else planned (had alcohol last night so won't tonight)
Have a good weekend everyone.

I could have seriously drowned myself in wine syns last night.:footie:
But I stayed strong and had a banana at half time and a cup of tea when I got home.:D
So yesterday ended up on just the 1 syn for 2 Aldi sausages. DH made a point of saying how much he enjoyed his dinner. Sausage, beans and chips! As he likes it so much it'll become a regular on the menu, couldn't be easier.:D
I didn't shop yesterday so I'll be doing my meal plan and list shortly and then heading off to the shops. I think I'll probably have a late lunch when get back then I'll have more choice of what I can eat.
This afternoon I'm going to cook the gammon joint and then make lentil soup from the stock. I measured the cheese in the dauphinoise potatoes so I know it's exactly 2 x HEA. I'll guess the syns for the crème fraiche but it wasn't a whole pot.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit F) ham, scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks
L: probably JP and somethinggammon (P), dauphinoise potatoes (F, HEA2), tenderstem broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes and mushrooms
Syns: HP sauce 1 crème fraiche 4/5? weekend wine:D0
