    Evening all
Today has been very, very difficult- the bloke in the next seat to me eating a Balti pie about finished me off!
But somehow I have managed to be good. Avoiding pies, hot dogs, roast pork sandwiches (I don’t even like pork!) was absolute torture! However I was saying to OH I can tell I’ve lost weight as the training joggers and hoodie with my rugby team’a badge on them that I always wear to matches actually fit :D They didn’t fit at the end of last season :o

    Today’s food:
Brunch: Heck Chicken Italia sausages (2.5) Uncle Ben’s rice (2.5) tinned tomatoes with garlic, mushrooms, peppers, onions. Decaf coffee with HEXA
Pre game snack- HEXB HiFis, cup of Bovril
Half time snack- Easy peeler, Hula Hoops Pufts (3.5) cup of Bovril, half a bottle of water
Tea (at the bingo) Jacket spud with beans and a massive salad, 3.5 syns for a small pat of butter. Easy peeler, lime and soda x 2 with fresh lime
Supper: Crackerbreads (4) with ham and HEXA Laughing Cow
    Syns: 16
    Night all xx

Well done on the outfit, now fitting.

When OH sits next to me eating food I love, I imagine the food in his mouth as he chews.... it is enough to put me off eating it!

You seem to be doing really MrsR. Well done on the outfit fitting - a great NSV!

Have totted up my Syns so far this week and am amazed to find that after taking today's 8 syns off I've still got 33 syns left and that's without taking into account the extra 20 syns I'm allowed over the week for being a target member! Hopefully that will translate into a loss this week.

    Today's plan:

B - Creamy garlic mushrooms - onion, garlic, mushrooms S; Oxo veg stock, dried parsley, black pepper F, cream cheese 1.5
L - Spicy lamb burger in WM bun - 125g lamb mince 5.5; courgette, carrot S; dried spices F; tomato; lettuce S; WM bun HEB
D - LO gammon P; fried up potatoes F; swede & carrot mash S; beans F. Followed by Cherry and Almond Clafoutis 1 syn (for 1/8th) but will probably end up with a 1/4 so will be an extra syn if that's the case! Eggs P; sweetener F; vanilla extract F; Fromage Frais F; frozen cherries S

I dare not even consider having extra syns for being at target denise. One day maybe I'll be at the bottom of range but as long as I'm hovering around the top I'm sticking with the 105 a week.

This week looks fairly clear of things to derail me so I'm feeling positive.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L: ham (P), fried potatoes (F) fried veg and pickles (S)
D: chicken (P) stir fry veg (S) with noodles (F)
    Syns: honey 2.5

I'm trying to get back to bottom end in readiness for my holiday at the beginning of December. I think I've got 5 WIs left and have 2lb to bottom end so hoping if I can get to bottom end the week before (4th WI) I may just give the 5th one a miss but still try to lose a bit so I'll have a bit more to play with without having to book holiday - I'm going to be off the whole of December and the 1st couple of weeks of January (I'm only away 2 weeks and not planning on going back until mid January and deal with any gains from Christmas and the New Year then!).

Had to swop lunch and dinner as had to go back to the bank as my internet banking is still blocked:mad:. Was there about an hour and it still isn't sorted so have closed the account - it's no big deal I only have a CC with them now and I'll just have to use another one. I only really use that one when I'm abroad and very occasionally, say couple of times a year, in the UK just to keep it active.

The recipe for the burgers says it makes 4! If I'd made four they would have been enormous! I've actually made 10 decent sized ones so 5 meals from lb of mince, a big carrot and courgette plus some spices, an egg and 25g of breadcrumbs so need to change my Syns on my plan as they won't be as high syn as I'd expected.

It is interesting to read about people being in their range, so impressed with people who are able to maintain. Well done.

    I have been good again.

Breakfast - porridge made with water
Lunch - large salad, egg, ham and cottage cheese (it was from a deli so the cheese will not have been low fat, but I needed something moist that was not mayo) Muller light yog.
tea - spag bog with loads of veg in. muller light yog.

ooh and I had a smint mint!!!

Yes bubbs it'll be free. Just let it cool and scrape any fat off the top. You may need to strain it as well.
