Well done Sleazy. 2lb is a good loss so you are right to be happy!

So much for the extra hour last night - I still ended up getting up at 6.30 (so would have been 5.30 without it!).

Don't have much planned for today but will pop over to see DD1 for an hour or so later this morning (she is definitely not an early bird, LOL!).

    Today's plan:

    B - 2 sausages (2); egg, beans, mushrooms, tomato
L - ham salad sandwich - lettuce, cucumber, tomato; will probably follow it with some fruit
D - gammon hock cooked in SC with some carrots & onions (will use stock to make soup tomorrow!). Will serve the meat with roast potatoes, roasted veg - carrots, parsnips, onions & parsnips; will also have some cabbage & swede and carrot mash. This should leave loads of LOs for tomorrow!

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - sausages 2; may have a couple of rum & ginger beer this evening 5

Will check tomorrow morning to see if I need to do any more damage limitation this week or whether this will be enough for me to have caught up!

    Morning all:A
WI yesterday with a minuscule loss of .2lb so recording a STS.

Had eyes tested as well and need a new prescription as my distance has deteriorated quite a bit in only a year (tested yearly as glaucoma in family). Also saw Dr and am at risk of stroke (from panic attacks) so now on beta blockers :(.
Had a carp night with IBS tum and possibly meds, was really hot and restless legs too :(. Hoping for a better night as back to work tomorrow and both job shares are on first aid course so I am expected to handle both 1-1 . Wish me luck :p

Rugby final should be interesting
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I woke up at 5.30 too (6.30 really) and forced myself to go back to sleep. Ended up with a headache.:( It's bright and sunny here so I think we'll try to go out for a bit of a walk to blow away a few cobwebs.:)

I made my lentil and veg soup yesterday evening in the SC so had to have a taste before bedtime. I've made 5 portions for the freezer this morning and kept one out for my lunch. I diced one small potato to help thicken it but between 7 portions I'm still counting it as a S,P soup (carrots, leeks, onions, celery (S) and lentils (P). With the HB steaks I'll ignore the syns in the gravy as I don't reckon a tsp of cornflour shared with DH is worth worrying about. :)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F) HEB porage, HEA milk for drinks
L: lentil and veg soup (P,S)
D: HB steaks (P) with SW roast potatoes and parsnips (F) and onions, mushrooms, cauli, broccoli, swede & carrot mash, cabbage and kale
    Syns: weekend wine:D
