  • Quick check in from me to report 3.5lbs loss this week at WI which I am delighted with, after last week’s 0.5lb gain 🙄🙄🙄. Making carrot & ginger soup in SM, and will have sausage & bean stew from SW website again tonight.

Wow that's a brilliant loss PIB.

I've managed to stay awake so no excuse not to weigh in tonight. Bet I fall asleep before the end of watching bake off on plus 1 though :)

    Evening.

Well done to all the losers, some good ones posted in the last few days, and some great NSVs!. Those who've fallen off the wagon or gained, keep on keeping on. Mystery gains and lack of interest gets us all at some point. I hope all those under the weather feel better very soon.

PIB most of my other pants are still ok, and either fit much better or at least stay up. These were pretty ones too (not many of those when your @r$e is the size of a small island) but I’d rather buy new than fit in them.

I saw Jo Brand doing stand up years ago - she had a line about most women having two types of pants - black, the size of an atom and grey, the size of Gloucestershire :rotfl:

Had a good few days on plan with additional dog walking - we are very lucky as there are some lovely walks just out of our front door and it's a good excuse to get out and about.

    Today's Menu
    B Spinach and cheese omelette
L Beef and onion sandwich (mayo instead of spread), two tangerines
D Veggie chilli and rice with lots of additional veg in the chilli
Snacks - yoghurt, grapes (very low syns today, might have an Alpen light with a cuppa later)

    Have a good evening everyone.

Kathrynha Hope your DD is OK now, must be horrible for both her and you. Hope you make WI tonight with a good loss.

Well DIMW and PIB on your good losses.

Today I'm having a Green day although it's probably just an ordinary EE day as think I'm only having one HEB as usual (unless I fancy a hifi with a cuppa later on):

B - baked oats HEB; grapes F; melon S; yoghurt, skinny syrup, sweetener F; quark P (there were horrible as I'd run out of eggs so only ate the top of them!)
L - jacket potato F; cottage cheese P; lettuce, cucumber, tomato, spring onion S
    D - cauliflower S cheese HEA1; cheese sauce 4; chips F

    HEA1 - cheese
    HEA2 - milk
    HEB - oats
HEB2 - hifi bar - if I fancy it later
    Syns - cheese sauce 4

Bubbs definitely looks like you've had a hungry day today! I think we all get days like that but I tend to be a carb heavy when I do have those days! Fortunately not too often. I know you can't go carb heavy - think I'd struggle if I had to almost cut them out. One of the reasons I don't do EESP days very often.

2 lb gain for me, but after losing more than I deserved last week and the week I've just had I can cope with that. Staying to group despite being so tired cos I feel I need to.

Daughter is in less pain with her hips strapped in place. It's now down to a bearable level.

Sorry it was a gain Kathrynha but you'll soon pull it back as long as life doesn't get in the way again!

Glad to hear your DD is now in less pain.
