Thanks Bubbs and Beanie. Only 6 tablets for me Bubbs. Glad the antibiotics are only 1 a day too so don't have to remember them at different times of the day - I'll just take them with my normal morning ones, so that will be 9 for the next 4 days (already taken today's, LOL!)

I'm still 2 behind you - I have to take 2 more after my evening meal!

Think I've lost the plot this week. Can't stop picking and I'm fed up with fruit - just had a mini Vienna as fancied an ice cream. Think I'm going to end up with a bigger gain than necessary!!!

Sorry to be so late posting. I've had a strange day. I was out all morning then DH went out late afternoon and then I went out this evening before he came back so hard to stick to a meal plan. I ended up having the same meal twice as it used stuff up and made life easier.

    Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
    L & D: chicken, ham (P), fried potatoes (F) fried veg and beetroot (S)
    Syns : none:D

Sorry you've not been feeling well Denise .DH had his flu jab last week and he's had man flu ever since. ;)

Brilliant loss last week Kathryna :T

I think that was a really great NSV with the neck chain PIB:T

We used to have pomegranates as children (before they became fashionable). My mum would give my brother and me half each and a pin to pick out the seeds one at a time. It kept us quiet for hours! :)
  • Been away for a little bit, just rushed off feet. Have lost 2lb so only 4lb left until I will need to maintain. Have had a few days off plan and then a few back on, so lucky to lose really. Havn't had time to catch up on thread, will try and do so over next few days :)
Weight loss 6lb/16lb 10lb to go
I spend an insane amount of time wondering if I am doing it right, sometimes I remind myself that I am doing my best....and that is enough

Well done on your loss DIMW.:T You'll soon be at target and then you can join us jugglers.;)

Hope all the poorlies are feeling a bit better this morning. :)

Today should be a much more normal day. I'm out this evening (keeping up the Body Magic with my dancing) but at least we can have dinner together. I must make up the dauphinoise potatoes with the LO crème fraiche from the weekend too. It'll only be a small dish so I reckon I can get away with a HEA of cheese each (plan to mix parmesan and mild cheddar) so it'll only be the crème fraiche to syn.

I'm off chilli for my main meals at the moment so decided to use up what's in the freezer for my lunches.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit (F), HEA milk for drinks, HEB toast, 2 fried eggs (P)
    L: JP (F) with chilli (P,S), cottage cheese (P) and pickles (S)
D: baked haddock (P), SW chips (F) with cauli steak, broccoli, mange tout tomatoes (S)
    Syns: HP sauce 1

    Good loss DIMW.

Interesting day so far for me. Started at about 3 am with daughter in agony as she had dislocated both hips in her sleep.
So far sticking to plan today. Not easy but I would like a loss tonight. Just hope I'm still awake at weigh in time
