Evening,
Welcome back curly & Denise
Keep plodding Beanie regardless of plan, how are you doing otherwise?
Food looks yummy as ever Bubbs
I got the butternut squash last night. Stocked up on lots of veg & fruit to keep me on track and full up.
Made the BNS soup, and it’s delicious. Loving my new soup maker from Aldi. Made enough for at least 5 large bowls of soup and have put some in a takeaway tub for DS3 who is here for the night as his packed lunch tomorrow.
I’ve got a cold and definitely been craving comfort food today.
Plan today :
Brunch - bacon sandwich HEB & 6
Snacks - banana & turkey slices (not together - that’d be weird!)
Dinner - roast chicken, sw roasties, carrots, peas, beans, broccoli, sweet corn, yorkie (3), gravy (2)
Treat - Aldi 25g sugarfree chocolate - syns 6?
Forgot to tell you yesterday, I was getting dressed and put on a pair of pants I like, and they’re now too big for me, so much so they fell down! :rotfl:One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

Good to see you back curl girl . I'm so pleased the weightloss made your holiday. Onwards and downwards!!
Keep posting beanie . You know you can do this. A week on plan and you'll be showing a loss again. Go for it. :A
I've got the potatoes ready for the dauphinoise. I don't have a plan for eating them this week so will probably freeze them. The Delia pork chop recipe last night was a success. DH loved it. I was luke warm but probably because I'm not a hug or fan of pork chops.
A bit eggy today but I enjoyed them all.
Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit (F), 2 boiled eggs (P}, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: veggie omelette (P, S) with ham (P) and pickles (S)SC chicken (P), SW roast potatoes (F), cabbage, swede & carrot mash, cauli, broccoli (S)
Syns: HM gravy 4?,weekend wine0 -

That is funny sary. Having gone down a couple of sizes myself now I was wondering when to start buying new underwear as so far my pants have been really stretchy I guess, and staying up :rotfl:. Had to buy some new bras to tide me over though
Beanie, as others have said, keep plodding on, keep posting, you can do it! What is that saying, slow and steady wins the race?
Mild panic has set in here. Looks like the latest Apple update has wiped out all my Fitbit data :mad::mad:. Fitbit are looking into it apparently. I need my data to complete my walk 1000 miles in 2019 challenge. Is messed up on both ipad and phone, boohoo. For anyone interested, challenge is from Country Walking magazine, they have a very friendly facebook group
:):).

PIB most of my other pants are still ok, and either fit much better or at least stay up. These were pretty ones too (not many of those when your @r$e is the size of a small island) but I’d rather buy new than fit in them. As for bras, I have had to stop wearing several, but am a bit dismayed that while the band width is down a couple Of inches, I can’t go down a cup yet. I have a LOT of next size down bras I want to fit in again, but it seems I’m still an F cup not an E
maybe another stone loss will help with that? I have very few 36f so it’s a case of wearing mainly the same ones. I did get a twin pack cheap from Tesco as a male do option, which will have to make do for longer.
Meal plan today:
B - porridge
L - hm butternut squash soup; melon, strawberries & mango
Snack - banana & ff yogurt (2)
D - LO chicken, carrots, cabbage & potatoes. Gravy (2)
Can anyone look up the Aldi Be Active ff peach/passion fruit ‘my protein’ yogurt pls. 135cal per pot. Think it’s more kvarg than yogurt as ingredients list ff soft cheese product. Thanks. Have a good Monday, no rain here in Lincolnshire at the mo, but it’s on its way *sigh*One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0
