Hope the weather is better where you are, it's hideous here. :( I like the tinned duck confit that I buy in France. I've got 2 legs in the freezer from the last tin. I saw it in Waitrose today and it was about £12 a tin. I need to go to France soon. :)

Maman the lemon muller yog is the lemon tart one. I err on the side of caution with syns as I Don’t have the calculator.

Bubbs ouch!! Hope you’re feeling better after all those tablets. Are you allergic to bites or stings?

Another day fully on plan and abstained from both the boss’ chocolate birthday cake and M&S chocolate biccies in work today. Have spent this week weaning myself off processed sugary & carby foods and feel so much better again, so no way I was going to succumb.

    Meal plan today:
    B - banana & nectarine
L - porridge HEB with milk from HEA & water, cinnamon & sliced apple, sugar 1.5
Snack - strawberries & mango chunks
Treat - Costa americano with cream (4)
    D - sausages (1 x SW sausage & 3 x Low fat M&S ones 3 syns), mash, onions & beans with gravy (2)

Will be weighing in on Monday but had a peek this morning and can see a loss, so fingers crossed it stays or even improves.

Does anyone else have times their head just isn’t able to stay determined to stay fully on plan? I’m feeling fully motivated at the mo, but a couple of weeks ago I was on the cusp of being out of control, and I’ve no idea why - other than I had a few very off plan treats over the course of a few weeks. Do you have triggers, and if so, how do you get a grip and get back on it to be in control?

Bubbs, hope your sting is more comfortable. Lots of dopey wasps around here at the moment.

Me!! and it's always snacky stuff and sugar. I've no idea what triggers it - although having said that, missing a meal or eating too early in the evening can do it. I have migraines, happily not often, which I know drive me to eat starchy carbs but I think that's what my body needs at that time.

Good couple of days under my belt (hopefully!), for weigh in tomorrow. We have a young and energetic dog coming to live with us tomorrow so I'm expecting to do a lot more walking in the coming months!

    Have a good weekend everyone.
