I had a friend to had a fiver in her jeans pocket and washed and tumble dried them and they were about half the size they should have been! The bank just changed it for another one.

Maybe it was just because it was only a fiver!
Not holding much hope for WI this week. My trousers are definitely not as loose as they were last week! Expecting a gain probably of about 2lb but I deserve whatever it is after the fish and chips and alcohol this week!
Might as well post today's plan now:
B - fruit after WI
L - carrot & lentil soup
D - liver, bacon, mash, cabbage & green beans
HEA - milk
HEB - no idea - maybe a couple of hifi bars
Syns - none planned - saving for the weekend as planning on going away for a couple of nights

Afternoon all.
Well done all the losers and I hope those expecting gains are pleasantly surprised!
Had a massively off plan day yesterday but I knew it was coming so I'm trying to keep syns low the rest of the week. DD2 is back from her travels and is saying she wants to eat healthily having lived on hotel food and takeaways for the last 8 months! I've heard it all before, though.....
Today's Menu
B 1/2 grapefruit (S)with 1/2 tsp sugar(0.5 syn), bacon (P)and grilled tomatoes (S)
L HM celery soup (S,F)with bread (HEB), spread (1) banana (F) tangerine (S)
D Spinach and ricotta lasagne (S,HEB2 for cheese, F) with salad (S), probably syns for mayo
Have a good day0 -
Well I was definitely very surprised this morning at WI - I actually got STS! No idea how! Just hope this bad week doesn't catch up next WI. Will just have to be a bit more on plan this week.

Looks like I'll end the week on about 6.5 sys over so not as bad as I thought. At the moment, next week looks uneventful so hopefully I can stay on plan.:)
