    Well i am well and truly peeded off!!
    Been on plan all week, done a diary, consultant checked it said spot on and i put 3 1/2lb on :(:( so booked 2 weeks holiday an had a rebellious tea for me although only 1 1/2 syns for the sausage

    Went to see my GP this morning as I've still got a hacking cough after my flu jab nearly a month ago! He's now given me steroids and antibiotics. No hope of even an STS now as steroids are likely to keep the weight hanging around. Good job I'm still in bottom half of target range!

    Hope Maman is OK as she's usually posted by around lunchtime but no sign of her so far.

    Thanks Bubbs and Beanie. Only 6 tablets for me Bubbs. Glad the antibiotics are only 1 a day too so don't have to remember them at different times of the day - I'll just take them with my normal morning ones, so that will be 9 for the next 4 days (already taken today's, LOL!)
