Do you know why sleazy? Its hard to help without knowing if you followed the plan. :)

I used to do a longish commute to work and work long hours. Not a very early start but late home which is why eating late in the evening has stuck as a habit.

Sleazy is another one having a tough time:( so i will forgive him this week:rotfl:

Yes see i am up at half 5 out the door at half 6 but i am home at 3.30 as a rule that's why i am ready for tea early:D

    This was tea tonight.
Pizza vegan butternut squash and jackfruit to which I added a sprinkle of Cheshire cheese, chopped onion, and chopped red pepper. Half an individual pizza. Now I got 2 glasses red wine. Sauce is a spicy Mexican.

Breakfast I had 1 x slice wholegrain toast, no butter and half can baked beans.
3 x black coffees with a dash of milk.

Lunch I had 2 x slices wheat / rye toast with a 2 egg omelette and I sliced 2 small previously boiled potatoes and lightly fried them in same pan as omelette (not much oil - 5ml plus a couple sprays of one-cal)
  • Hi there,

Long time no-post on here, but found my way to the new thread!

Hope everyone is well - Managed to lose 0.5lb at group this week, after maintaining for the last 3 weeks!

Been having a hard time at work - the light at the end of the tunnel though is that I've handed in my notice and am leaving 17th October - starting new job 21st October.

Has anyone purchased Margaret Miles-Bramwell's book at group? Was thinking about getting it, but may wait until they start to appear in charity shops, lol! It's a shame there won't be Kindle version of it.

Went to the Harvester today for food, changed my chips for a Jacket potato, I don't like their chips now anyway. Tried to keep it healthy as I could and didn't have any of the little bread rolls with the salad, as I normally have at least 2, lol!

Hope everyone has a good week. x
