Where is everyone?
Just thought I'd check in with today's plan. I'm out dancing tonight with a catered supper. I know most of the menu so should be able to manage fine on cold meat and salads with the only syns in mayo or other dressings. I'll estimate the syns afterwards.:)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit (F), HEB porage with HEA milk, banana (F)
L: ham (P), pickles (S) bubble & squeak (F, S)cold meat and salads (P, S, F?)

Where is everyone?
Weekend so was up later. Zzzzz
So yesterday I managed a third totally on plan day, and have just managed to get a batch of buns in the oven without eating any mixture. That is quite an achievement for me.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - didn't quite get out of bed in time
Lunch - paella, followed by baked apple
Dinner - hm Kiev, hassleback potato and veg
Snacks - fruit and might have my sw Eton mess supper
HAs - milk and cheese
HB and syns - need to calculate the baked apple with dried fruit to see what is my HB and how many syns in the rest. If I have my Eton mess that will be 3 syns.
Lunch was at mums and she wanted to do a pudding and that was what she did. I did weigh the apple and dried fruit whilst helping her make it, miss the sugar off mine and had it with fat free yogurt instead of custard.Zebras rock0 -

So just looked in my book. The apple is a third of a healthy b or 1.5 syns
The dried fruit is also 1.5 syns so will probably syn it as that will allow me a couple of hi fi bars later.Zebras rock0 -

I have an addiction for crisps. I find its best to just avoid them totally.
I could tell you that you could eat just half a packet at a time, but who actually manages to do that.
Fingers crossed that the dress first next weekZebras rock0 -

That would be me then, LOL! I never eat a whole packet of crisps so don't bother opening a packet. If DH opens a packet I'll just have one or two crisps! Don't usually bother syncing them these days but did when I was getting to target.
Been quite a busy day today after a late start - haven't been sleeping well but last night had the best sleep I've had for nearly a month! and didn't get up until 7.45am!
Today's food has been:
B - sausage & onion sandwich - HEB; 2 Syns; S
L - HM quiche (made by DD1's chef partner) - HEA + S; P & 5 syns (small piece of pastry)
D - Butcher's burger; SW chips, beans, onions - F; S; 1.5 syns
HEA1 - milk in tea
HEA2 - cheese
Syns - pastry 5; sausages 2; burgers 1.5; wine 15?
Might be even more syns by the time the day is over, LOL! but will cross that bridge tomorrow and the rest of the week!

I pinch a crisp off DH, sometimes I make him have a packet just so I can have one
A good day today, lots of speed again via the soup, up to 15 syns though as had 4 jaffa cakes
I am going to weigh tomorrow to see where I am.Weight loss 6lb/16lb 10lb to goI spend an insane amount of time wondering if I am doing it right, sometimes I remind myself that I am doing my best....and that is enough0 -
