This week I must [STRIKE]report[/STRIKE] confess to a 4lb gain in weight! :eek:0
-
Bubbs I meant I was late as in 7.45am when I'm usually up around 6 or 6.30 and don't even need to get up for work anymore (used to get up at 5 every day when I was working!).
Good luck at WI DIMW.
Are you still in target Sleazy? If you're not I'm sure you'll shift enough to get back there quickly. Always think if it goes on quick it'll come off quick.
Today's plan:
B - SW fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomato, beans
L - mixed veg soup using frozen veg
D - Toad in the hole; roast potatoes, roasted onions, parsnips, peppers; mashed swede; cabbage & green beans - part HEA + 6.5
HEA1 & 2 - milk
HEB - no idea but may have a hifi or two
Syns - sausages 2; flour 4.5; not sure if I'll have anything else as was well over yesterday

:eek: Had an attack of the munchies last night, no idea why, but can't decide which was worse, the guilt trip at syns or the fairly prompt revenge my body inflicted on me, had upset tum for the night. Maybe the syns won't have stuck too badly:(A smile costs little but creates much0

Hope you're feeling better now GTQ, sounds horrible. Think you'll still have to count the syns though just because you ate them! Doesn't seem fair but hey ho.
Denise0 -
Hugs on the gain Sleazy and hope the munchies don't show too much on the scales GTQ.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - mushroom omelette
Lunch - LO sausage and lentil risotto
Dinner - burrito bowl
Snacks - fruit, jelly, cereal bars, sw Eton mess
HAs - milk and cheese
HB - cereal bars
Syns - jelly (0.5), meringue (2.5)Zebras rock0 -
Morning everyone.
GTQ hope your tum has settled.
I am a crisp lover though I shudder to think how many I ate before SW - whole family pack of Thai Sweet Chilli anyone??? Just looked it up and that would be somewhere around 750 calories, so 37.5 syns .....no wonder I was fat!
Good day yesterday. I was at a birthday party in the evening where there was an incredible amount of food but I ate before I went so it wasn't hard to resist. I'm trying to drink more water as I generally don't drink enough, so 5 glasses yesterday - aiming for 6.
Today's Menu
B Bran crunch, banana (forgot berries in the freezer) 0% Greek yoghurt, Sweet freedom caramel syrup (HEB, F, P, 1/2 syn)
L HM carrot and coriander soup, omelette, fruit (S,F, P)
D At DDs for dinner. She's doing a roast so shouldn't be too bad, Asked her to do extra veg and I'll skip the potatoes.
Have a good Sunday.0 -
This week I must [STRIKE]report[/STRIKE] confess to a 4lb gain in weight!
Do you know why sleazy? Its hard to help without knowing if you followed the plan.
I did very well at my supper out last night. I'm just counting it as 5 syns as I had cold meats, smoked salmon, cheese (easily within HEA), plain salad, couscous, coleslaw and skipped bread and pudding completely. There was just some mayo on the coleslaw and a few bits of dried fruit in it everything else seemed to be very SW friendly. As I was driving I didn't drink and stuck to water.
I used to do a longish commute to work and work long hours. Not a very early start but late home which is why eating late in the evening has stuck as a habit.
I'm another who loves crisps so I find it[STRIKE] easier[/STRIKE] safer not to buy them except for an occasional treat. That generally means at Christmas to go with the turkey sandwiches and I buy some for the journey when I'm going on holiday.
Yesterday I prepped 2 lots of chips and put them in the freezer so that'll be a quick meal in the week.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), HEB toast, fried egg (P) HEA milk for drinks
L: JP (F), cottage cheese (P), spring onion, pickles (S)beef in red 'wine' (P, S), SW roast potatoes (F), swede, carrot, kale, cabbage, cauli, broccoli (S)
Syns: cornflour 1, weekend wine:D0 -
Hi everyone.
Awfully wet here in rural Yorkshire. Fire is on and I’m ironing to keep warm.
We are having PON cheesy leek chicken with bns and new potatoes for our tea. I’m also doing a batch of the honey chilli chicken whilst oven is on. It’s really nice cold with salad.
If it clears up this afternoon, I’m going to empty the greenhouse if all the tomatoes. Ripe ones I will either eat in salads or I’ll make into a pasta sauce that I can use as is or add to chilli, curry or Bologna’s.
Enjoy your day!0 -
I have an addiction for crisps. I find its best to just avoid them totally.
I could tell you that you could eat just half a packet at a time, but who actually manages to do that.
Fingers crossed that the dress first next week
The crisps fought backhad awful day of stomach and fatigue issues
Good thing is I won’t buy them againIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
