    esmy 60g of wholemeal pitta is HEB! If it was more than 60g then it's 1 (one) syn per 10g on top of the HEB. I just looked on Syns Online to check as I thought it was.

    I rarely eat chocolate either. I used to love chocolate orange but as my tastes have changed I find them too sweet. Now I just have 70% cocoa which is sharper. I buy Aldi Moser Roth for DH which comes in 5 25g little bars at 7 syns each. I just have half a bar when I fancy a bit of comfort eating. :)

    Yuk! Cant stand chocolate orange! Used to buy both my girls one every Christmas, mainly because it was something I wouldn't pinch from them, LOL!
