Another amateur detective....
Where did I say flat is small/feels small?
I am talking about size of one room and it's classification.
And not that it is any of your business but yes - all my cats and my dog are legal residents here and the HA has no issue with them, I have a large garden.
Again someone dragging something into the conversation that has nothing todo with the topic of it.
That really gets tiring ... And boring to be honest0 -
So how has your conversation with the HA gone today?
Surely with it being such a pressing issue for you you'd have got on to them first thing today!!
At the end of the day, they are the only people who can answer you, or resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
Would love to hear how you get on. So please keep us updated so as to help others who find themselves in a similar situation. How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0 -

I posted at the weekend when HA was closed to see if anyone had a similar issue and could share their experience.
Instead I got people digging through my posts about my dog and cats, making up unbelievable scenarios and assumptions - nothing to do with my question which was very simple.
Of course I contacted my HA today - and was advised that flat should be classed as 1.5 or 1 bedroom according to measurements of THAT ONE ROOM.
They will schedule an inspection in the next few weeks to confirm the measurements and we will rake it from there.
But no, I will not be updating anything on here - I will leave you to your assumptions and conspiracy theories.0 -

Where did I say flat is small/feels small? where did I say you said your flat was small/feels small? Was merely suggesting that if you riddeed yourself of these additional occupants you might feel you had more space.... it’s deceptive init....
I am talking about size of one room and it's classification. what the room that you currently have a bed in and someone sleeps in?..... yeah.... id call that a bedroom.... but I’m oldskool like that...
And not that it is any of your business but yes - all my cats and my dog are legal residents residents? Cool man. here and the HA has no issue with them, I have a large garden. perhaps this compensates for your ‘small bedroom’
Again someone dragging something into the conversation that has nothing todo with the topic of it. init!

Regardless of the OP’s rudeness, this is totally inappropriate.0
