Are you saying that Labour would prevent Scottish Independence in the event of a referendum going that way? If Labour MPs fear for their life now, just try that with the Scottish.

Interesting that you bring up Welsh devolution.
As you know, Wales now has it's own National Assembly.
On a turnout of only just over 50% the "winning" 50.3% got their wish.
The "losing" 49.7% did not delay or otherwise try to deny or overturn that small majority.
