Can you post an article not behind a paywall?

I can assure you however they didn't do it for a laugh. It would be pretty scary if they did, because there was very little time for scrutiny and a saying was bought up in the recent court case that is quite apt

What is the most common law to be passed in parliament? The law of unintended consequences.

I guess you're happier for them to be mindless trolls?

It’s not behind a paywall. Maybe the new statesman has blocked you because of your history as a Thatcherite wide boy. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Here is the first sentence to help you ...
The amendment places no legal obligations on Parliament other than to hold a vote

Just google something else if you can. Then rather than pointlessly arguing with just me you can take it up with everybody else in the world who also disagrees with whatever it is you actually think these days.

It gives the MPs a chance to vote & if they vote for it then it happens. Will that happen, it could do. Does that make you sad? Of course.

FWIW it was you that just started contradicting me without providing any credible evidence with an argument that actually makes no sense. All I've asked is for some coherent argument.

Just more leave lies. It's kinda surreal trying to debate with people who are so entrenched they won't even believe that if I say an article is behind a pay wall, it's behind a pay wall.

Newstatesman only allows you to read 4 articles per month without a subscription.

But I think it only tracks that per browser on each device, so if you try to access with a different browser or device you should be fine

    ‘Leave lies’ :rotfl:
Labour MP Alex Sobel said there was "skulduggery", tweeting: "The amendment in the name of Stephen Kinnock didn't have a vote as the government didn't provide tellers to count.

"This meant the amendment went through although the No lobby was full. This wasn't an accident you can be assured there's some skulduggery going on."

Government whips reportedly decided not to send 'vote counters' deliberately, to try and add bureaucratic faff to the Bill, and make it take up more time.

But Labour appear unlikely to fight to remove the amendment, with one source telling the Mirror it had "no legal significance".

You’ll refuse to recognise it, but to vast tracts of the population now, its the left that is identified as the home of fascistic behaviours now.
The obsession with identity politics coupled with a thoroughly nasty invective is something you probably recognise in yourself. Or perhaps you don’t.
