    Whenlam64,

    Thank you for your message.

I was not "venting" I was making it clear to anyone who has been lied to by their bank or by the DWP or messed about by either that if a person entitled to any social security benefit does not for any benefit week get access to their social security benefit because someone or something gets in the way the full and final onus to pay that benefit law with the DWP and they are legally obligated to pay the money out as many times as it takes to get to the rightful recipient of the benefit as per the DWP decision makers decision on what they are due.

You have not been lied to, or messed about by, DWP or your bank. By your own admission you gave your bank card and PIN to a third party, and they have taken the money. The problem is between you and the person to whom you gave access to your account.
  • MarkN88,

Have you read the Social Security Acts of the UK Parliament?

Have you ever had a "Benefits Entitlement Letter" what does it mean to be entitled to a benefit does it mean you are entitled to thst money from the government or does it mean you are entitled to have it paid into a bank account?

    Regards

Why oh why are people continuing to post on this waste of time. He has been told since page 1 that is talking rubbish. A 1000 people could all say exactly the same thing to him but would continue to maintain he is right.

He is either enjoying baiting you all or mentally ill.

Honestly you truly need to get a grip.

I work. I am entitled to the pay outlined in my contract.

If I give my bank details to some reprobate and they nick it all it is not my employers problem.

Why don't you feel you have any responsibility for your own actions? Why dont you realise this is YOUR fault?
  • Oh and MarkN88,

Where did I say I gave the man my PIN.

If you read back you will see.

    1. I am admiitted to hospital
    2. I agreed with the man to give him my debit card to use as ID and a letter authorising him to be given £250 cash over the counter at his own branch of TSB. He agreed to return the card and if the gave him the money that too.
    4. I have never seen the man again to this day. He spent £9600-9700 from my current account while transferinf my money from my current account directly into his current account.

I never gave him my PIN

    Regards

  • If I walk down the street with £10k in cash in my pockets and someone mugs me and steals that cash are their actions in mugging me my fault?

    James
  • I don't really care if you give him your PIN or not.

The DWP paid you, it is not their responsibility to give you it again. What did they say when you rang them?

You still haven't answered the other question, have you taken legal advice? What did they say?

Bet both of them laughed at your face.

Yes! You shouldn't carry 10k down the street with you, and you would be an idiot if you did!
  • KatrinaWaves,

If I give you my debit card and PIN and you use it and take out money that's not your and keep it who has the problems? Is it my fault your took my money or do you have free will and are subject to criminal law and acting that way would be a crime?

If you give me your debit card and PIN and I choose to steal your money. Is it your fault or did I of my own choice put your card in the cash machine put in the PIN and run off with your money? Would it be your fault if I did?

    Regards

    James
  • Okay MarkN88

I am wearing my expensive new Nike's and someone stops me and mugs me by holding me down through their own choice and runs off with my training shoes.

Is it my fault or did that person choose to do it?

    Regards

    James
