DWP's Obligation to Benefit Claimants

My posting crossed with all of those other posts. I have no knowledge of benefit thieving or replacement entitlement. My questioning was aimed at getting you to clarify (in your opinion) the point at which responsibility no longer rests with the DWP.
I can see that @sassy-one doesn't concur with your view.0 -
Sorry BoGoF exactly what are you acusing me of; a deliberate error in my written British English to cause you to respond to my question and salient details in the way that you have chosen to do?
John
May I ask, what’s behind the bizarre way of writing that you have under both IDs? Is English not your first language perhaps?0 -
Dear antrobus
Why can you read and understand normal written english language then twist it and send it back as you have?
You are clearly very clever but also very underhand and devious. Taking what was sincerely said and putting back to the poster in a form they did not issue it!
John
Have you a third persona who could help the first two with their writing?0 -
Strange coincidence that James hasn't posted since the other newbie arrived....0

What I personally find less amusing is you trying to cheat the state by having them pay you again because of your own actions. I find it very sad that you would do this.0 -
And to add, the bank is not an intermediary, once the money is in your account it is delivered to you.
The fact that you are simply ignoring posts pointing out facts like this marks you out as a troll.
You do realise that if you continue trying to scam the benefits like this that your claims are likely to be scrutinised far more carefully in future, don’t you?0 -

Why would a Government Department set up to pay money to the unemployed, sick, carers, lone parents, childrens welfare, funeral payments et cetera WHEN THEY CAN NOT OBTAIN MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE LEGALLY
Not have a legal obligation to replace payment instruments issued to you or an intermediary like a bank before you asked for them by the intermediary to be turned into coins or notes with the Monarchs head on them and then remove them from the intermediaries premises (as if you collected your payment in a bank branch and the bank was robbed and the robbers took the DWP payment you collected from yiuy the DWP still owe you that money. As the intermediary did not complete the job the DWP payed them too.

You have been paid.
You gave someone that you obviously should not have trusted access to your PIN and your card.
And you want to blame the DWP
If that were to be the case then a lot of people would hand their cards over to someone along with their PIN and then claim it back, people would be able to double their money and hence the benefits would have to be stopped.
Sorry, your fault, up to you to try to reclaim from the person you handed it to.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
