    did a rice pud in sc yesterday omg....its divine!!! popped in fridge so we can reheat for the next week...or few days maybe, who am I kidding!
  • Batch cooking basic savour mince to portion for freezer, will add extras when using chilli/bol/curry whatever. Want to make 3 ing fruit cakes in small baked bean tins for Xmas gifts either when SC empty or inother SC.

    For the next few days my SCs will be in use cooking small Christmas puddings, the instructions state 1 hour on high then 10 on low. The mixture should yield about 1.75 litres, but I am making small ones, I will only get 1 in the small SC and have yet to check the 3.5 litre one.

  • Yesterday I've had a whole chicken with lemon and some spices. Didn't expect it to be so good! Going to catch some ideas from you guys too :D
