A pheasant casserole to be made in mine tomorrow, perhaps a chicken and mushroom filling for a pie in the 1.5 litre one as well.

Any good sausage casserole slow cooker recipes please?

I need to start using my slow-cooker a lot more soon, I just accepted a new job which means my daughter will have to help herself to dinner a few nights a week. I’m thinking the slow cooker will be my friend for this.

Is there a link for Slow Cooker Recipes at all?

Also.....years ago now, I'm sure there used to be a Monthly Menu Planner where people used to show their planned menus for the month.
I've searched extensively, but I can find a thread for either.
If there is/are and someone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it 🙂

Quick visit to say what we had today.
I put a pack of low fat mince, chopped onion, some frozen mixed veg, two beef oxos, a heaped teaspoon of veg stock powder, a tin of chopped tomatoes all in the slow cooker, all mixed together and left it on high as it was 2.30pm when I started it. All cooked and ready to serve with some spaghetti at 6pm. Didn't have parmesan to go on top, so popped some Baby Bels in the freezer to firm up and grated one on top.
We all enjoyed it and there's some left for lunch tomorrow.
