Melancholly, I completely agree - I started to type a post and then realised it wasn't even worthy of a response.

step away from the computer - ignore the deliberately provocative post...... there is no other way to deal with studentphil (except for finding a brick wall to bang your head against, which i find preferable to engaging in any more pointless debates). although he usually manages to be daft without being quite so insensitive! i can only go by past experience, but nothing you say will make a real difference (depends on who has the login today i guess!)... there will be 'yes you're right' post, followed by more drivel! save the thread for support - his hijacking of other threads on a variety of topics is irritating, but on here it would be shocking!

What a load of rubbish, No one is hijacking anything, it is fact that our society finds disability unattractive, like it or not.

Society makes all different or disabled people into freaks that are unwanted and then expects people like me not to feel very bitter towards life. That is mostly what I see on this thread schools, councils, Health people treating different or disabled people as freak and weird and it upsets me hugely.

  • SP, you are deliberately trying to wind up people on a thread that you have no business being on, and have probably very little knowledge of. What knowledge you do have is concentrated on romance, something you haven't had a lot of experience in anyway.

tbh, i only saw the content of his post when he was quoted by someone else as he is on my ignore list. i recommend other people add him to theirs. this thread is supporting families who are going through the complex and draining process of an ASD diagnosis. not about studentphil putting up more self pitying posts and hoping everyone tries to make him feel better. i'm appalled by his behaviour - this is a new low.

No I am not winding anyone up, I have a lot of bitterness for how I should be able to think of myself as normal but everytime I see myself I know I am normal and I will never be. I have more knowledge of living as a different person to a normal person than most people.

  • Maybe the new forum guide banned him from the Arms, so now he has to find somewhere else to troll...

I can help people a lot more than you think, I have lived a lifetime of being a failed human being. So please stop insulting me and my experiences.

  • The bottom line of it is this: If you have any experience of aspergers/ASD, then contribute something useful to the thread. If not, then please leave the thread.

I am not a troll. I hate myself, my body, everything about myself and I find it very insulting that troll is all you can say to my very deep pain I have at the core of who I am.
