Now that reminds me of the nutter in Croydon who used to park a tank in parking bays on a daily basis and then refuse to pay the tickets. He had a grudge against the council after they made him take down a huge stuffed shark off his roof.
Croydon council didn't have the ability to tow away a tank (unsurprisingly) but did one day with the assistance of the army break into the tank and impound it-refusing to give it back until all the tickets were paid.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
