Regarding the evidence - theres all sorts in there. My lease, proof I had a permit issued to me, the fact the entrance signage the car parking area is horrendous and fails to meet the IPC owns standards etc....

Just a tad worried now my WS looks exceedingly long. Looks like it will be 4 pages long PLUS all the documents as evidence - currently over 20 pages incl case law.

I have found different advice on the forum - some are exceptionally shorty - others longer than the defence.

I have searched for the VCS Roch Witness Statement but I keep getting this thread as the main hit with others simply stating to seach for the Roch Witness Statement which ill be damned if I can find.

Does anyone have this bookedmarked anywhere and would be happy to share?

Try just ' VCS Roch' and find a post by Johnersh a solicitor poster here, from a year or so ago. You can change the advanced search to look for posts only by him.

It turned out that the WS had to be in two days earlier than I realised and thus was sent in today. Ill post it up shortly.

I will be putting together my Schedule of Costs too.

Am I allowed to list the Claimants WS once it has been received?
