Don't let a random lay rep offer to 'help' you on the day unless it's Lamilad (and I think he's too busy with work to post or show up to Yorkshire cases).

Just a bit concerned that you've shown us the court and time of hearing which could potentially invite some waste of timer to show up and try to steer you. And not from a parking firm, there are such people who parasitically leech onto posts here and tout for business, someone was taken in by one only last month who swept them off the forum.

Just thought id post this up.

The indepedant parking comittee (IPC) is one of the ATA's that VCS were a member of for historic cases like mine.

In March 2016 the company formally became UNITED TRADE AND INDUSTRY LIMITED

Public facing branding did not change but the firm started trading as "International Parking Community" in order to maintain signs etc.

They are the same company. Should VCS state they were members of the latter before April 2016, its BS - it didnt exist.

Just don't get bogged down in irrelevant issues like the IPC name you posted yesterday , yes they keep changing hats , but VCS have been members since the date on the IPC website , no matter what the name or changes in the intervening period

You won't win on that issue , but on contracts and signage and POFA and the CRA etc
