I don't know is the honest answer. I haven't received communications from the court other than the date has been moved to October. Also mentioning Telephone hearings ect which I have addressed with my covering letter/draft order.

Sometimes this appears on the MCOL; I know you have been allocated a court etc but it might be worth logging in to your account to see what, if anything, is there.

I have numerous times. At the moment you are lucky to get through, I rang 15 times in one day with no luck. When i finally did get through they stated they cannot deal with over the phone inquiries in current circumstances. And to use email. Which I have done.

Yes did this, last communication was back in December to notify which court it has been transferred to. Thank you for your input/suggestion.

Yes on the 23rd i asked for confirmation. They did say there is a backlog in emails and to expect delays (as an automated reply). Thank you :) I haven't had any communications as of yet. The WS was hand delivered and I thought the may have been an acknowledgment. But as of yet, nothing. Appreciate your input.

I think you've done more than enough!  Hopefully this one now gets struck out or you'll get a Notice of Discontinuance.

I'm absolutely gutted.. Courts got back to me. Said that legally VCS don't need to send WS till four weeks prior to the case date. They stated they sent a letter out stating the new court date and the option of a telephone/paper hearing but nothing about handing the WS bundle. So i sent mine thinking they needed it just in case they chose to do a paper hearing. My issue with that is in no, way shape or form did they acknowledge a new date to hand the bundle in. The only date stated was the 22nd of May. They expected me to just no that the WS hand in date would just change without confirming it on paper. They haven't paid the fee yet either. Fuming. So they now have best part of 4 months breaking down my WS to put in the best defense possible. I feel cheated. So angry with that result
