The advice changed this week, to NOT printing anything and not using the post.

Do what that thread says, to the letter.  Ask if you have any queries and please show your Draft Order as no-one has shown us one yet, for checking. I hope people are getting what I mean and why that has to be a word document the Judge can use.

@Coupon-mad just a quick update. I contacted the court directly today and they have completely U-Turned.Instead of email they have asked me to post my WS. My evidence and WS is complete. Taking time looking over the remaining this weekend. (Including Draft Order)

Here is my final WS bundle. Will add a contents page. I wont add my evidence on here. To be honest there is so much 34 pieces in fact. My WS is due on the 22nd and I have been advised when ringing the court to post it. I am aware I may need to tweak things such as the draft order dependent on if i receive anything from VCS or the courts. Have a look, hopefully its ok. Worked so hard on this my first ever!!

Brilliant WS.  Absolutely damning of VCS!  This case is shocking and I hope you get those costs.

 You need to change the date to the date of signing it and the short Statement of Truth 'I believe that the facts stated in this Witness Statement are true' is no longer correct - Google for the new version.
