Funny you should say that @nicestrawb that's the exact term the judge used on multiple occasions. He addressed the VCS representative and used the term beggars belief to describe this case. The judge was not happy that VCS appeals system did not capture this. VCS re stated if I had contacted VCS in a reasonable amount of time they would of overturned it. I rang them within an hour!!! The judge said I find that timeframe very reasonable. She had no comment after that. The judge commented that in no way shape or form, has VCS captured in their case around the emergency situation.
