But you have not got a hearing date yet have you?

The simple answer to your latest question is: no.

Please go back to post #2 of the NEWBIES thread and in particular, read bargepole's 'what happens when' post linked from there.

You will read that evidence comes at Witness Statement time.

How can you send your evidence now when you haven't even written your Witness Statement?

apologies if am wrong keith but I have been reading the long threads, it does state to put whatever evidence I intend to rely on when court gives a hearing deadline 14days prior.
My question is cant I attach it all with the defence?
no because the CCBC is not a court, it's a government office

The DQ stage comes after the defence submission and you get to tell the CCBC where your nearest county court for civil claims is

They then allocate a court , normally your local court

It is this local court that receives your defence and writes to you with a date for your WS plus Exhibits plus costs schedule to be submitted , and books the date and time for the court hearing

This is why it's done in a few stages , not one stage (nothing to do with parking , it would be the same if they were claiming rent arrears etc)

You don't yet have a court to submit them to

There is a set pattern , please follow it

    File it.

Re-read items 7 and 8 on the list in post #12 in this thread.

Do not send that. Why would you want to send that?

Why have you given up following the guidance already givem to you?

Please read again item number 8 in the list in post #12 above.

That now at least three times you have been referred to that post.

You should also have another read of post #2 of the NEWBIES thread. In particular, read and understand Bargepole's 'what happens when' post linked from there.

    Hi
I have received a court letter
It also states unless the claimant needs to pay a trial fee of £55 or file a properly completed application for help with fees the claim will be struck out without further order
And liable for the defendants costs.

I wanted to know if this is normal for the this kind of case.
Does it show Es parking havent paid the fees or is it just a formality

It's not normal , but ensure you do what it tells you as defendant to get done , not worry about the claimants errors

What is the issue date from the claim form ?
